Returns/Exchanges
SafetyMart has a 30 day return policy. For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days from receipt for another product of equal or lesser fair market value. Wrong Product or Missing Product
If the product or products you requested are missing when your package arrives, or if in the case of a multiple CD or DVD set, one or more pieces are missing, or a wrong product was sent by mistake, then SafetyMart will either send a replacement or send the missing piece of your order. Credit Card Refunding
Your credit card will be credited for the price of the merchandise and any taxes when we have received and processed your returned item. The customer remains responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping charges. Make sure you pack and insure the items properly in case there is damage when you return them.
Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
