These products are all produced from a specially formulated material based on high impact food contact approved polypropylene. The handle is hollow-core for even a lighter weight tool, but is reinforced with fiberglass for additional strength and durability. The metal detectable material has the ability to be detected and rejected by typical metal detection and x-ray machines used in the food processing industry. Shovel sold by each.
